Shierling
Fruithurst - Randall Lee Shierling, 70, died Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM CST on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Mt. Paran Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne Pike and Rev. David Ginn officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Paran Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, December 21, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM CST at Dryden Funeral Home. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Wife - Jan Shierling, Fruithurst, AL
Daughter - Angie(Billy) Williams, Fruithurst, AL
Son - Chad(Deanna) Shierling, Fruithurst, AL
Mother - Laura Belle Shierling, Fruithurst, AL
Grandchildren - Randall Trenton(Emily), Savannah, & Christian Williams
Grandchildren - Skylar & Kaylee Shierling
Great Grandchildren - Austin, Jaxon, & Sophie Williams
Pallbearers will be: Trent Williams, Bruce Cash, David Cash, Claude McWhorter, Charlie Elliot, Christian Williams, and Austin Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be: Donald Cash, Grover Cash, Bernie Pryor, Dwight Brown, Harold Hulsey, Robert Lamanick, Rudy Robinson, Terry Shealy, and Jeff Loera.
Randall was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County. Randall along with his father, Lee, and son, Chad have owned and operated H.L. Shierling & Son for the past 61 years. He was a member of Mt. Paran Baptist Church and Pineywood Volunteer Fire Department. Randall loved playing softball and most of all spending time with his family and friends. Randall was preceded in death by his father, Lee Shierling, brother, David Ray Shierling, and sister, June Shierling Williams.

So sorrow to hear of Randall’s death. Really enjoyed all the memories made playing softball and visits at the shop.

My deepest sympathy to the family. Randall will be missed.
