Heflin - Jerry Ross Harlan, 82, died Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Majestic Senior Living in Bowdon Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 25, 2019, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jeremy Burnett officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, March 25, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Wife - Sarah Harlan, Heflin, AL
Daughter - Cathy Moore, Heflin, AL
Grand Child - Casey Lyn Moore, Heflin, AL
Several nieces, nephews and cousins
Pallbearers will be, Scott Dennis, Kenneth Owen, Johnny Bible,
Micheal Morrison, Rex Nolen, and Ronnie White.
Mr. Harlan was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County. He was a Deacon at Cedar Creek Baptist Church. Mr. Harlan worked several years for a chicken processing plant before becoming owner of Harlan Feed and Seed. Jerry Ross was also the manager of the Citgo gas station in Heflin.
He was preceded in death by his parents Otus and Florence Harlan; a son, Micheal Harlan; a brother, John Mac Harlan; and a son in law, Jeff Moore.
